Overview

iginspo is an Instagram inspiration gallery tool that lets you save, organize, and share images. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

• Email address — used for account login (via email code or Google sign-in) and to send collaboration invites.
• Images you save — when you use the extension or upload images, we store the image files and associated Instagram URLs.
• Board and organization data — board names, tags, and folder structures you create.

How Data Is Stored

Account information and metadata are stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). Image files are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — authentication and database
• Cloudflare — image storage and API hosting
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in method
• Resend — transactional emails (collaboration invites)
• Vercel — web application hosting

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the service providers listed above as necessary to operate the service.

Cookies

We use session cookies strictly for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

Data Retention

Your images and account data are stored until you delete them or request account deletion. You can delete individual images and boards at any time through the app.

Your Rights

You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all associated images, boards, and personal data will be permanently removed.

Chrome Extension

The iginspo Chrome extension accesses Instagram pages only when you actively use it to save images. It reads image URLs from the page DOM to extract full-resolution versions. The extension does not track your browsing history, collect analytics, or run in the background.
